  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days depending on your location.

  • Free shipping is available on all orders.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Replacements

We aim to deliver products in perfect condition. In the rare case that you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, you may request a refund or replacement, provided:

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You share a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing:

    • The full package opening from start to end

    • The shipping label

    • The issue with the product

  • The video must be unedited and continuous. Claims without video proof will be rejected.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging.


Refund Timeline

  • Verified refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side.
